$2172 Per Bundle

One bundle includes 1 hinge, 1 mounting plate, and 2 screws.

Mounting Plate Height

  • Straight Arm 160 degree hinge bundle for face frame cabinets with overlay doors.
  • With these hinges, the soft-close mechanism is integrated into the hinge cup providing a very low profile design.
  • This hinge can be used for new construction or to replace worn out or obsolete Grass straight arm hinges that open approximately 160 degrees.
  • Please see the "How to Select Your Mounting Plate" document below to verify if this bundle will work for your application and determine which mounting plate is needed.

  • Impresso Technology:
    • Impresso offers a quick and simple option for tool-free assembly. Perfect for flatpack cabinetry or transportation to the work site, Impresso hinges work with various door materials such as particle board, solid wood, and MDF board. All Impresso hinges are offered in a 42/45 combination drilling pattern and don't use any actual wood screws to attach the hinge to the door, but rather expand and retract the cup portion of the hinge for easy removal. Which is done by lifting and lowering the flap on the cup portion of the hinge.
  • A soft close feature which eliminates the slamming door sound that you get with typical self-closing European hinges.
    • This hinge has a lever one the back that adjusts the soft close speed by choosing one of three different closing pressure settings.
    • The soft close mechanism is fully integrated into the hinge arm rather than the hinge cup.
  • Four different adjustments:
    • Soft close pressure
    • Depth adjustment (+3mm and -2 mm)
    • Side adjustment / Overlay (+2mm and -2mm)
    • Height adjustment (+2mm and -2mm)
    • See the document found under Downloads for information on how to adjust

  • Hinge cup size is 35mm (1-3/8"). Cup depth is 10mm (13/32").
  • Door opening angle is 160 degrees
  • Works for bore distances from 3mm (1/8") to 10mm (13/32")
  • Works for overlay dimensions from 11.5mm (5/16") to 22mm (7/8")
  • Works for door thicknesses 32mm (1-1/4")

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get my hardware once it's been ordered?

The delivery time depends on how far you live from our San Diego warehouse. Generally, your order will reach you in 1 to 5 business days. Shipments do not move on weekends and holidays.

Do you ship merchandise outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. For APO/FPO/DPO and Canadian orders, please email with a list of the SKU numbers and quantities you would like to purchase, along with your complete ship to address. Once we receive this information we will email you a shipping quote. Please note: Canadian shipments have a $50.00 minimum order.

I have a hinge that I am trying to replace but I need help identifying it. Can you help?

Yes! Please click here to visit our Hinge Finder page.

Some of your hinges are sold by the each and some sell by the pair. What is the difference?

When the unit of measure says “pair” that means two hinges. Usually you need one pair of hinges per door. When the unit of measure says “each” that means one hinge. You would usually order 2 “each” hinges per door.

I want to replace my hinges. How do I make sure the screw holes on the new hinge match the screw holes on the old hinge so I do not have to redrill the holes?

Unfortunately, hinge manufacturers have never standardized the location of their screw hole patterns. Every manufacturer puts their screw holes in a slightly different place. This means that when you replace hinges you will almost certainly have to do some filling and redrilling. The exception to this is Architectural door hinges which are built to a standardized template for each size hinge.
