Is this compatible with Truth model 30410 patio door tandem roller with nylon wheels?
I need to replace this model 30410, that have worn out and are quite old + 20 years.
How much to ship to Melbourne, Australia and how long can I expect to wait?

I don't have reference to that 30410 number Rick, but as long as the dimensions are an exact match to yours, and the wheels are indeed Nylon, this item should work just fine as a replacement for you. We do not ship to Australia though unfortunately.
