Specialty Shower Door Hinges
Shopping online for specialty hardware can seem like an uphill battle, especially if you are in the middle of a big contract or the throes of a home remodeling project. At HardwareSource, we strive to make it as easy as possible for you to find the hardware you need for a fair price. We offer more than 4,000 hinges and an impressive selection of specialty hinges in multiple finishes to suit any need. It comes as no surprise for most homeowners that hinges can become squeaky, worn, and troublesome over time. Whether you are building a new home or updating your bathroom, you will have no trouble finding the shower door hinges and glass shower door parts you need to complete your project.
All of the glass shower door hinges in our selection are made of solid brass with a drop forged construction as well as stainless steel coil springs and a reversible hinge pin. The reversible hinge pin allows the hinge to be set at 0 degrees or 5 degrees. On the 5-degree setting, the hinge will hold the door against a stop. All shower door hinges are designed to fit tempered glass from 3/8" to 1/2" thick. Installation requires a cutout in the glass where the hinge will be installed.
We offer a wide variety of finishes to choose from, including oil-rubbed bronze, brushed nickel, and polished chrome. If you would like to give your bathroom an old-world look and feel, oil-rubbed bronze provides a vintage alternative to contemporary metal finishes. You can also mix and match hardware to create visual interest without making your bathroom look too busy or chaotic.
Which weight rating is right for you?

A new shower door can make the difference between a bathroom you love to look at and a bathroom you genuinely enjoy using. With a complete line of glass shower door hinges to choose from, finding the perfect hardware for your specific application is easier than ever before. Double Acting: Double acting hinges swing in both directions.
Ball Bearing: Ball bearing hinges have ball bearings to act as a buffer between the knuckles. They tend to be quieter and more durable than plain bearing hinges. They are recommended for heavy doors and doors fitted with closers.
Roller Bearing: Roller bearings are able to support very heavy loads. Many of our heavy duty gate hinges are equipped with roller bearings.
Frameless: Frameless cabinets do not have a face-frame, and instead rely on thicker side panels for strength. Frameless cabinets are very common in Europe, but have steadily been making their way into America, as they lend themselves well to contemporary and modern designs.

Radius Corner: Radius corners are typically only available on residential grade hinges. Corners are mortised using a router.

Double Demountable: Requires a slot be cut into the door and the cabinet frame.
Glam: Glitzy and glamorous
Global: These designs draw their inspiration from countries around the world.
Mid-Century Modern: Hardware inspired by the Mid-Century Modern movement of the 1950s.

Traditional: Classic designs with thoughtful shapes and details.

Residential Grade: These hinges are used in most tract type housing. They are relatively thin and best used on light weight doors.
