Shop from our assortment of trap door hardware!
We have hinges and drawer pulls to thank for all sorts of reasons, but all hardware is vulnerable to breaking or wearing out over time. However, replacing your broken or deteriorated hardware is now easier than ever before with our help.
If you prefer to keep your trap door hidden and discreet, there are plenty of options to choose from in our assortment of flush hinges. One of the main advantages of flush hinges is that they lie completely flat. Once installed, they provide a smooth surface, without an obstructive hinge pin. These recessed hinges can be used for a variety of applications including trap doors and butler trays.
In addition to hatch hinges and trap door hinges, we also offer a range of flush pulls for trap doors and hatches. Our classic ring pull is made from marine-grade 316 stainless steel to ensure maximum corrosion resistance in coastal areas and other harsh environments. The ring pivots out, so you can easily grab onto the pull and then return it to its flush position when the pull is not in use. This ring pull can also be used for doors, dock boxes, or anywhere a recessed installation is desired. We carry a brass flush ring pull that is designed to be mortised into the door, so that it sits completely flush with the surface of the door. With two sizes to choose from and multiple finishes, including polished brass, brushed nickel, and oil-rubbed bronze, you will have no trouble finding the best solution for your boat hatch.
Of the 4,000+ hinges we supply, trap door hinges are somewhat of a specialty. We try to make it as easy as possible for you to find the parts you need for an affordable price. All the products listed in this selection are in stock and ready for immediate delivery to your doorstep. You can order online as well as by phone, fax, or mail. Double Acting: Double acting hinges swing in both directions.
Ball Bearing: Ball bearing hinges have ball bearings to act as a buffer between the knuckles. They tend to be quieter and more durable than plain bearing hinges. They are recommended for heavy doors and doors fitted with closers.
Roller Bearing: Roller bearings are able to support very heavy loads. Many of our heavy duty gate hinges are equipped with roller bearings.
Frameless: Frameless cabinets do not have a face-frame, and instead rely on thicker side panels for strength. Frameless cabinets are very common in Europe, but have steadily been making their way into America, as they lend themselves well to contemporary and modern designs.
Radius Corner: Radius corners are typically only available on residential grade hinges. Corners are mortised using a router.
Double Demountable: Requires a slot be cut into the door and the cabinet frame.
