1. Do they come 2 to a set ? Or, is this just for one secretary hinge. ?
2. Do they come in other finishes such as: polished brass, pewter, silver, etc. ?

Hi Marcus! They are sold for $13.97/each which is one hinge, normally you would need 2 for an application. This hinge is only available in the finish featured on the website which is a Brass finish.
