Refund policy

We have a 30-day return window. Hardware must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returnable Products

Items must be in brand-new condition (never installed) and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not returnable:

  • Merchandise missing parts or screws
  • Merchandise with damaged packaging
  • Special orders (items we do not normally stock, or quantities larger than what we normally stock)
  • Discontinued items or products marked on the website as non-returnable

Start a Return or Exchange

Use the link below to start your return. Once approved, you will be asked to send the merchandise back to us.

  • If you added Checkout+ at checkout: You will receive a prepaid return label through our portal at no extra cost. Manufacturer restocking fees still apply.
  • If you did not choose Checkout+: You can still request a label through our portal, but the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Checkout+ can only be added during checkout and cannot be purchased afterward. You may also use your own shipping method if you prefer.
  • Exchanges: Log in to the portal and select the items you would like to exchange. If the new item costs more, we’ll email you an invoice for the difference after we receive the original item.

Packing Your Return

You are responsible for the merchandise until it is delivered to us, so pack carefully to avoid damage in transit. If possible, use the original shipping box or a plain, sturdy cardboard box. Add protective packing material and seal the box securely. Products damaged in transit due to poor packaging are not eligible for a refund. Cover or remove any old labels. If you would like shipping insurance, purchase and use your own label from your preferred carrier.

Shipping and Delivery Errors

Review your shipment when it arrives. Report any errors or damage within 48 hours of delivery. Replacements are prioritized and will ship with the same speed as the original order. Please avoid scheduling your installer until the hardware is on hand and confirmed correct.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 7–10 days for processing after your return is received.

Returns with Quantity Discounts

Quantity discounts apply to your final kept quantity. If a return moves your order to a lower pricing tier, your refund will reflect the higher per-item price for the quantity you keep.
