3 Questions asked about Economical Swing Clear Hinge

Q vivian • 03/18/2018, 7:14:40 PM Can this hinge swing 270 degree or more? Thank you.
A 03/19/2018, 3:28:16 PM Hi Vivian! This hinge is meant to open and clear the door out of the opening so a wheelchair can go through. If there is no adjacent wall in the way, you may get close to 270 degrees, but typically it is 180 degrees.
Q Jake Bonham • 03/20/2018, 11:59:08 AM What is weight limit?
A 03/20/2018, 12:49:09 PM The manufacturer has not tested these hinges for a weight rating. You will need to use your best judgment when using these hinges.
Q Patty Nulton • 01/29/2019, 10:04:00 PM Will these work on a door just 1.38" thick?
A 01/30/2019, 9:25:33 AM Hi Patty! These 3-1/2" hinges are intended to be used on a door thickness of 1-3/8", so you are correct.
