Okay, looks like these might work for my SDRD2068 hinges from 30 yrs ago as I need 4" x 4-1/4" hinges. Do they come in RH/LH or do you just reverse them? My hinges sit just the opposite of your image and think they might be referred to as "LH" if I remember my door hanging days so long ago. I'd rather have the adjustment on the top, but if they only come one way, that's fine. Glad I did a bit more searching on your site. Mike Spong

Hi Michael! These are not handed and you would just flip it upside down so that adjustment would have to be on the bottom. You can reference the dimensional diagram to ensure you can line it up.

Is it possible to get this in a brushed nickel finish? All the hardware in my home - knobs, hinges, drawer pulls, light fixtures - are brushed nickel.

Hi Marshall! Unfortunately the manufacturer only makes this particular hinge with the unique pattern in a Satin Brass.
