I ordered 2 sizes because I couldn’t tell where to measure but the 1/2 inch fit!!! These darn cabinets are so old and I’ve finally found the hardware to complete the project! I ordered the oil rubbed bronze because I wanted to match my cabinet pulls and lighting/fixtures in my kitchen. They matched perfectly. I’m very happy and will order the rest of my hinges soon!

What a find - I found exact replacements for 30 year old kitchen cabinet hinges that had failed. Installed easily and fit perfectly. The price was great, even with shipping, much less then on another site I was considering. And delivered in a couple days. Very happy, pleasure doing business with this company.

On your 1/2" Overlay Double Demountable Hinge, can you tell me which color is more like pewter- nickel or sterling nickel? From your sample colors, I would say the sterling nickel is darker gray. We are trying to match cabinet handles that are close to the color of pewter. Thank you.

Satin Nickel and Sterling Nickel are very similar, but in person, the Sterling Nickel is glossier than the Satin Nickel. The Satin Nickel would be a better match for most pewter finishes.

This is a double demountable hinge and does not use any screws for installation. It installs into cutouts in the door and frame.

I have a hinge that looks like your product #SKU 399894. How do I measure it to see if it is 1/2 inch or not?

The difference between Nickel and Sterling Nickel? I am trying to match (as much as possible) cabinet pulls that are a bright chrome. Which would match better?

Hi Heidi. The two finishes are nearly identical, but the Sterling Nickel is just a tad shinier than the Nickel. If you are looking to match chrome, the Sterling Nickel will be closer.

Are these hinges self-closing?

Hi Kate! These are self-closing and will snap the door shut and keep it closed once it reaches about 30 degrees from being closed completely.
