I ordered a pair of these hinges, but I realized I need one side (leaf?) to be regular width (1 1/2"). Is there another pair of 3 1/2 x 3 hinges I could buy and switch out one of the sides? Or is the a hinges with one wide side and one regular side? Thanks!

This is not something we carry Atticus, and using two different hinges, removing the pin, and trying to put them back together is not really recommended and will not work really.
