Hello, I have a vintage wooden storm door which is 1 inch thick. Do you have hinges with a removable pin that can be recessed to fit this application. I have several other vintage wooden doors with the type of small hinges such as I am describing. These other doors are quite old and perhaps this style hinge is no longer available. Thank you for you help. Randall

I believe a good option for you could be found on the following page:
https://www.hardwaresource.com/narrow-utility-hinge.html
These hinges can be mounted between the frame and the door, which is what I believe you are looking for. They also feature narrow widths, which are good for thinner doors. Lastly, they also feature a removable pin.

What are the exact dimensions of the plates of this hinge? (SKU C10425) One side appears to be 1 3/4", the other side appears to be 3/4". If this is so ,this would work great for us. Is it available in galvanized or stainless steel? If so please give me a volume quote on 50 or more pieces to be sent to Huntington Beach, CA. Thank You!

Hi Rebecca! Both leaves are even in width instead of skewed at about 1-1/16" each and the barrel is 3/8" diameter to make the 2-1/2" open width. It's available in a Zinc finish, but with the dimensions, it doesn't sound like it'll be a fit.
