- Automatic door closer device works by removing your existing hinge pin and replacing it with the "Hinge Pin Door Closer".
- Easy to install.
- Works for most doors that are 30 lbs. or less. For doors that are more than 30 lbs. use a second hinge pin door closer on the door on the bottom hinge.
- Available in brass finish or satin nickel finish.
- Comes with wrench to adjust tension.
