These items require a 40mm cup drilled in the door to install.
A set includes 2 hinges. One set is needed per door.
Hingesare a half cranked 40mm hinge, platesare 0mm.

This product will work for 3 different installation types;
Type 1 is an "overlay" door (no face frame) with a 3/4" door thickness. Order our Type 1 hinge kit (SKU 268173) for this installation type.
Type 2 is a "flush inset" door (no face frame) with a door thickness from 3/4" to 13/16". Order our Type 2 hinge kit (SKU 268171) for this installation type.
Type 3 is a a "flush inset" door (no face frame) with a door thickness from 15/16" to 1-1/4". Order our Type 3 hinge kit (SKU 268172) for this installation type.
Maximum door weight is 75 lbs.
Can be used for vertical or horizontal doors.
A 2" to 2-1/2" wide pocket is required. The pocket is the area that the door slides into.
An 8 page instruction booklet is included with purchase.
This product is sold by the pair. Order one pair for each door that you are hanging.

It is used for "overlay" doors (no face frame) with a 3/4" door thickness.
These hinges require a 40mm cup to be drilled in the door.
They are sold by the set. A set includes 2 hinges, 2 mounting plates, mounting plate spacers, all necessary screws and mounting plate covers.
Hinges are 40mm straight arm hinges, plates are 0mm plates.
Use 3 hinges per door for door heights from 36" to 47".
Use 4 hinges per door for door heights from 47" to 59".
Use 5 hinges per door for door heights from 59" to 71".
Use 6 hinges per door for door heights over 71".

High speed steel forstner bit for cutting 35mm (1-3/8") cup for European hinges.
Fits 3/8" drill chuck.
Product works best with a drill press however it is possible to use it with a portable power drill.
