Weld-on barrel hinge is a lift off pivot hinge.
Features a round barrel body.
Made from steel base material.
Hinge pin is made from stainless steel.
Hinge pin pivots on a ball bearing.
Features a "zerc" type grease fitting.
The hinge pin is fixed in one of the barrels. In the photo to the left the barrel with the fixed hinge pin is the barrel on top.
The "Hinge Gap" is the distance between the post and the gate after the hinge is installed.
Each hinge has 2 weldable plates. Each plate measures as follows; SKU 782000 measures 1" x 2" x 3/8" and SKU 782002 measures 1-1/2" x 3" x 3/8".
SKU #782000 use for gates up to 8-10 feet wide
SKU #782002 use for gates up to 15-17 feet wide
