Concealed In The Floor Door Closer Pivot Sets
Product Overview
- Center hung in the floor door closer.
- Made in USA
- For wood doors
- For exterior and interior doors up to 350 lbs. maximum weight, 4'0" maximum width and 8'6" maximum height.
- 90 degree hold open feature
- Built in stop prevents door from swinging beyond desired opening degree.
- Separate independent hydraulic valves for closing, latch and backcheck adjustments.
- Vertical and horizontal door adjustment.
- Includes top pivot.
- Pivot sets are handed (see hinge handing information section for information on how to determine door handing).
- Also available for installations where you are pouring concrete around this hinge is a "Cement Case", our SKU 899016. It can be ordered below. Click on link below for a diagram of the Cement Case.
