Heavy duty pivot assembly for commercial double acting interior doors of average frequency use
maximum door weight is 135 lbs.
For door thickness of 1-3/8" and 1-3/4"
top door plate has oil impregnated bronze bearing
bottom door plate has smooth acting ball bearing unit
bottom bracket is frame mounted and must be floor supported
pivot point 1-1/4" from jamb
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a self-closing hinge. The hinge does not return to center automatically.
