• Fold Down Flaps are used on desks, drawers, etc. The hinge allows the front flap to fold down creating a horizontal work surface.
• Complete unit is made up of two hinges (a right hand and a left hand hinge) and two mounting plates. Flap can be removed from desk after installation by loosening the screw on the mounting plate.
• After installation both the depth and the height of the hinge may be adjusted plus or minus 2 mm.

  • Each hinge requires 2 each #6 flat head wood screws, not included but offered for purchase during checkout. Order 2 each SKU 652360.
  • Each mounting plate comes with 2 system screws. System screws fit into 5 mm holes that are usually pre-drilled in the cabinet and spaced 32 mm apart. If you are not using the system screws you should order #10 pan head screws (2 for each mounting plate).

• This hinge and mounting plate allows you to convert a 3/8" partial inset door to a door with no visible hinges (hinges are not visible from the outside of the cabinet when the door is closed.
• This conversion requires woodworking skills to accomplish.
• Hinge installs in a 35mm (1-3/8" cup) drilled in the back of the door. Typically 2 hinges and 2 mounting plates per door.
• Mounting plate is installed on the cabinet by using a wooden Face Frame block (fabricated by the person doing the installation). The Face Frame Block should be made of hard or medium hardwood. It should be installed so that it is flush with the edge of the face frame and a minimum of 2-3/8" long by 2" wide to accomodate the mounting plate.
• Hinge opens to 110 degrees. Hinge cup depth is 9mm.
• Hinge is made from steel and is nickel plated.
• Uses #6 wood screws (not included but offered for purchase during checkout). Order 2 screws for each mounting plate ordered and order 2 screws for each hinge ordered.

The Zero Protrusion Hinge is specially designed for cabinets that have roll-outs such as drawers or storage bins. The hinge allows the door to open so that when it reaches 90 degress of opening the roll-out can be pulled out without interfering with the door.
