You may return merchandise valued at under $150.00 without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) if:

  • the return is made within 30 days of purchase
  • the items are in brand new condition (never installed)
  • returned in their original undamaged packaging (please open the package carefully)
  • returned items must be in brand new condition, resellable to another customer as a new product.

For merchandise valued at $150.00 or more, the above applies plus

  • you must call or email us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

We will not issue a refund or a partial refund for any merchandise with:

  • missing parts or screws or
  • damaged packaging

Please include the following with your return:

1. a copy of your invoice

2. your credit card number and expiration date

3. reason for your return

We will credit your credit card for the price of the merchandise (minus shipping charges). Mark the outside of the box “Attention: Returns Department”. Merchandise valued at $150.00 or more must have an Return Authorization number on the outside of the box or it will not be accepted for a return.

Please Note: It is highly advisable that you insure your return shipment. We are not responsible if your return does not make it back to our facility.

There are four exceptions to our return policy:

1. No returns on piano hinge that has been cut.

2. No returns are accepted for “Special Order” items. “Special order” items are items that we do not normally stock or for quantities that are larger than we normally stock.

3. No returns on merchandise that has been drop shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. This will apply to quantities that are larger than we normally stock.

4. No returns on merchandise that is discontinued or on certain items that are marked on the website as NON-RETURNABLE. These items will be clearly marked on the web page.

Partial Return on a Quantity Discounted Purchase

On certain items we offer a discounted price based on the quantity purchased (the price gets lower if you purchase a higher quantity).  For example, if you buy 1 to 11 of a certain item the price might be $5.00 each. If you buy 12 or more the price might drop to $4.50 each. If you buy 12 of these items and then make a partial return of 2, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the fact that your net purchase was only 10 each. Your refund will be calculated by refunding the entire sale (less shipping) at the lower price and then re-charging you for 10 at the higher price.  This will be done as one transaction (either on your credit card or by check, depending on how you made your purchase).

Shipping Errors

  • Please open your shipment as soon as you receive it and check the contents. Any error in your order must be reported to us within 48 hours after you receive your order for an adjustment to be made.
  • Exchanges

    • Exchanges are handled as two separate transactions; a new purchase and a return of merchandise. If you need to make an exchange, send us back your purchase (see procedure above) and go ahead and make a new purchase on-line.
