1. A PHOTO IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS. Two photos are even better.  IMPORTANT – Please email two photos of your hinge as installed in the door (we, honestly, cannot always tell what we need to know from an uninstalled hinge photo). Take one photo from the outside (door in closed position even if hinge is a concealed hinge) and one from the inside (door open). JPG or .PDF file formats only please. 2. IMPORTANT. IMPORTANT. If you are inquiring about a specific product on our website, please tell us the SKU number. The SKU number can be found right next to the price on the webpage.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL. Call our toll free number between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (Pacific Time), Monday to Friday.

4. CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. We ship only to the 50 United States and Canada. There is a $50.00 minimum order for shipments to Canada. For a price quote on shipping charges to Canada, please email us a list of the SKU numbers and quantities that you are interested in, along with your complete Canadian address.

5. LAST RESORT! SEND US YOUR HINGE. Photos are better but if you wish to send us your hinge, make sure to include a self-addressed, postage paid mailer so that we can return it to you via US Mail (if you want it back).
