1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL.  Call our toll free number between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (Pacific Time), Monday to Friday.

2. CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. We ship only to the 50 United States and Canada. There is a $50.00 minimum order for shipments to Canada. Send email to info@HardwareSource.com for a price quote for shipping to Canada.

3. A PHOTO IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS. Two photos are even better. Email two photos of your hinge (in JPEG format) as it is installed in the door (a photo of an installed hinge helps us much more than a photo of the hinge removed from the door). One photo from the outside (door in closed position even if hinge is a concealed hinge) and one from the inside (door open). 4. SEND US YOUR HINGE. Photos are better but if you wish to send us your hinge, make sure to include a self-addressed, postage paid mailer so that we can return it to you via US Mail (if you want it back). Please include your email address so that we may reply. Send your hinge to the address at the top of the page (Attn: Order Desk).
