Blum 110 Degree Hinge for Back-to-Back Overlay Cabinets - Bundle

$603 Per Bundle

One bundle includes 1 hinge, 1 mounting plate, and 2 screws for the hinge. Screws for the mounting plate sold separately.

Description

  • Blum's half cranked clip top hinge for back-to-back doors.
  • Please see the "Reveal & Overlay Information" document below to verify if this bundle will work for your application.
  • ADVISORY: This hinge requires that the cup drilled in the back of your door is at least 13mm (1/2" deep). Prior Blum Clip top hinges required a 12.5mm cup depth. We recommend that you measure the cup depth on your doors before ordering. Many cabinet makers used a 13mm cup depth even though the requirement was only 12.5mm so yours may actually already be drilled to 13mm. If your cup depth measures only 12.5, purchase the hinge cup spacer plate which you can install under the hinge cup to make up for the 0.5 mm difference. The hinge cup spacer plate is offered as an optional accessory.

What's Included

  • 1 Blum Half Cranked Hinge (Blum #71T3650)
  • 1 Blum 0mm System Screw Frameless Mounting Plate
  • Two #6 x 5/8" screws for the hinge

Mounting Screws for Mounting Plate (Not Included)

  • Depending on cabinet side wall thickness you will need either of the following screws for the mounting plate:
    • For cabinet wall thickness of 5/8" to 7/8", you will need to use back to back mounting screws.
    • For cabinet wall thickness of 1" or greater, use #6 x 5/8" screws.
  • Note that only two back to back screws are required for two hinges, whereas you would need four #6 x 5/8" screws for two hinges.

Available for purchase separately:

  • Cover Plate for Arm Part of Hinge - Hides the screws on the hinge arm providing a cleaner appearance (SKU 268002)
  • Cover Plate for Cup Side of Hinge - Hides the screws on the cup side providing a cleaner appearance (701156)
  • Soft-Close Add-On Device - Eliminates slamming of the door and dampens the closing action (SKU 268233)

  • Plastic Dowels, used on manufactured wood products where wood screws do not hold well (SKU 652368)

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get my hardware once it's been ordered?

The delivery time depends on how far you live from our San Diego warehouse. Generally, your order will reach you in 1 to 5 business days. Shipments do not move on weekends and holidays.

Do you ship merchandise outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. For APO/FPO/DPO and Canadian orders, please email info@hardwaresource.com with a list of the SKU numbers and quantities you would like to purchase, along with your complete ship to address. Once we receive this information we will email you a shipping quote. Please note: Canadian shipments have a $50.00 minimum order.

I have a hinge that I am trying to replace but I need help identifying it. Can you help?

Yes! Please click here to visit our Hinge Finder page.

Some of your hinges are sold by the each and some sell by the pair. What is the difference?

When the unit of measure says “pair” that means two hinges. Usually you need one pair of hinges per door. When the unit of measure says “each” that means one hinge. You would usually order 2 “each” hinges per door.

I want to replace my hinges. How do I make sure the screw holes on the new hinge match the screw holes on the old hinge so I do not have to redrill the holes?

Unfortunately, hinge manufacturers have never standardized the location of their screw hole patterns. Every manufacturer puts their screw holes in a slightly different place. This means that when you replace hinges you will almost certainly have to do some filling and redrilling. The exception to this is Architectural door hinges which are built to a standardized template for each size hinge.
