- Extra heavy duty construction

- Folding bench seat hinge is extra heavy duty.
- A pair of these bench seat hinges will hold up to 1100 lbs.
- May also be used as a folding shelf support.
- When not in use the seat or shelf folds up against the wall. In the up position the seat or shelf is held in place by gravity. If a more secure hold fast is needed, it will be necessary to add something such as a chain or other more positive holding device.
- Wall mounting plate measures 8" tall by approximately 3.5". Plate is slightly over 1/4" thick.
- Fold down arm projects out from wall 15".
- Fold down arm is made from U-shaped steel and measures 1.5" x 1.5"
